How we price
Every business starts from a different place, so we price the job in front of us.
Our fee has two parts: a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee for hosting, support and updates. Both depend on how much work and risk is involved in getting you running.

Starting fresh
New businesses, or those still on spreadsheets and paper, have no old systems to untangle. Setup is quick, so the setup fee is small or nil and the monthly fee is at its lowest.

Moving from existing systems
If you already run software, have years of client records, or have workflows your team depends on, we need to map it, move your data safely and keep the business running while we switch over. That takes more time and carries more risk, so setup costs more and the monthly fee reflects the size of the system.
Either way you get a fixed quote before we start, and you own your website, your data and the code written for you.
